Service Description
Questions about publishing? Unsure if an editor is right for you? This 1-hour consultation will help you gain clarity about writing a novel or preparing to query an agent. You'll also get information about my services and advice on which services may work for you. This is a great time to find out if our services are the right fit for your literary needs.
Cancellation Policy
All consultations and workshops are held online. Clients will receive a video chat/session link during onboarding. Cancellations & Refunds One-on-one consultations are paid in advance and cannot be refunded. Please contact us at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation to cancel or reschedule. Workshops and/or classes are sold as a package and include 6 or 8 classes. Please contact us at least 72 hours before the first class to de-enroll. You will be refunded for the full amount less a $75 service fee. If you choose to de-enroll after the first class, please let us know within 72 hours of completing the first class. You will be refunded for the full amount less a $75 service fee. We cannot issue refunds for clients who have completed at least one class without a 72 hour notice of de-enrollment. Clients will receive an email with onboarding information upon final booking and payment for services. By booking a workshop or consultation, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to its terms.
